Our Active Altitude Training setup allows for Adaptive Contrast, enabling clients to switch between oxygen rich and oxygen reduced air environments. WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
Clients should arrive wearing comfortable workout attire with either athletic shoes or cycling shoes. Our Health Tech Host will greet you and get you set up on one of our specialized bikes and fitted with a mask, through which the Oxygen is delivered during the duration of your session. Depending on your goals for the session, a customized program will be loaded depending on your goals for the session. Our Health Tech Host is with you throughout the entire session to coach, encourage, and offer any support you may need.
